About Us

 

Roy Thomsitt was born in London in 1950. His early ambition was to be a writer, and he did manage to churn out a few stories, novels, tv plays and poems by the time he was 23. They all had one thing in common - they were not published or produced.

After a career in management accounting and project management, Roy moved on to having his own home business in advertising in the mid 1990's. But by 2000, he had decided to start a new life in a warmer climate and more spiritual country. He chose the Philippines, and now writes at home in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, a much more peaceful place to enjoy a happy life with his wife Mary Ann and young daughter Saffron.

Roy's interest in yoga goes back about ten years, after attending regular yoga lessons, while he has had a strong interest in health and personal development for many years more.
